Our Programmes
Private Lesson
Full attention of our coaches
Sure, group classes are great because you get to train with all sorts of different people. However, with that benefit comes a major down side; a good teacher has to divide his time as fairly as possible between everyone in the class

Customizable lesson.
Usually, in regular classes, your professor does not take individual questions – there is a program that is followed and everyone sticks to it, and sure, you can ask your professor questions about what he is demonstrating, but you won’t have the chance to really look into your own game. In a private lesson, it’s all about you. You can write down a list of things that have been frustrating you and you can really work out those personal techniques you’ve been thinking about. Monthly assessment by the coach.
Semi- Private Lesson
Familiar faces
Semi-private tennis lessons are an ideal option for individuals who want to learn quickly but prefer having a friend or family to learn, play and hit with. With two to four students per lesson there is more action out on the court for each student versus a group tennis lesson which allows multiple students and the possibility of a waiting line that can result in standing idle.Â
Group Class
 It’s FUN
The team spirit and energy of group exercise can produce an exciting and fun environment, which can be a refreshing change from individual workouts. If you want to take a break from solo exercise once or twice a week, group classes can help to break up your exercise routine and add some inspirational variety to your workouts. The social aspect of group exercise can turn hard workouts into a fun and enjoyable experience. Squats? HELL YEAH!
